Terms and Conditions
Exchange conditions:
Sold devices will be replaced within seven days from the date of receipt for online store sales, provided that the replacement is of the same value or higher, provided that:
The product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and the packaging has not been opened.
Bring the original purchase invoice.
The exchange process for online store sales may take 14 days.
Return terms:
The product can be returned within 48 hours from the date of receipt to online store sales, provided that its original packaging has not been opened.
The purchase amount will be returned in the same way it was paid.
The refund process for purchases from the online store may take 14 days.
If there is a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired by maintenance engineers if possible. However, if they are unable to repair it, the device will be replaced with a new device, with the cost of shipping being borne by the merchant and not the customer. If the customer requests a refund, 30% of the device’s value is deducted and the remainder of the amount is refunded.
Warranty terms:
The warranty is two years on devices and accessories, with the exception of one year for some accessories such as (wired headphones - storage units - wires).
The warranty does not include device accessories and some accessories such as (mobile wallets - screen protection stickers).
Bring the original invoice
The device or accessory is free from signs of misuse (scratching, breakage, liquids, opening the device outside the company).
Bring the original device box and accessories.
